Commencing in February 2014 Hansen Constructions NQ delivered consecutive staging of civil construction residential sub-division works for Fairways at Townsville Golf Club. This project was designed and constructed to meet key elements of the EnviroDevelopment criteria and achieved certification in four elements: Eco-Systems, Waste, Materials and Community.
Provision of civil construction works for residential and commercial sub-division including bulk earthworks, road construction, culvert construction; stormwater drainage, water and sewerage reticulation; conduits (electrical / communications / NBN), erosion and sediment control works, and preservation and protection of existing natural vegetation (individual and group trees). Bulk earthworks included noise amelioration embankments and bulk earthworks for the leisure centre.
