Located in Alice River adjacent to Rupertswood, the Mount Margaret estate offers unrivalled opportunity to build a new home on a large block in a country setting, whilst only being 12 minutes from major shops and town.
Commencing in December 2013 Hansen Constructions NQ commenced construction of civil infrastructure and subdivision works for Mount Margaret Estate, with the original stage and Stage 5 completed by another contractor and all remaining stages completed by Hansen Constructions NQ.
Provision of civil construction works for residential and commercial sub-division including bulk earthworks, road construction, culvert construction; stormwater drainage, water and sewerage reticulation; conduits (electrical / communications / NBN), erosion and sediment control works.
Additional works included the Ridge Drive (intersection with Hervey’s Range Road) upgrade which included installation of culverts and road rehabilitation and extensive traffic management including construction and maintenance of side track during upgrade works.
